But down to business.
I was very cynical about this whole show, Miss Oregon Pageant. And, for the most part, I think this cynicism was justified. Aspects of it were campy beyond belief, but CC Barber, I say this now before you all, is the sweetest person I have ever met. She explodes all stereotypes and makes me faintly believe that the pageant can do good in the world. I interviewed her this afternoon and that story will hopefully run tomorrow.
